A scanned document cannot be saved on the HP OfficeJet 8710

I understand that your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is scanning but the document is not being saved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

 

To better assist, could you let me know if you have already tried any troubleshooting steps so far? It will help us avoid repeating actions you may have already taken. Also, on which device are you attempting to save the scanned file—Windows PC, macOS, or a mobile device through the HP App?

 

Are you getting any error message?
 

This information will allow us to narrow down the possible causes and guide you with the most accurate steps.
