Product: HP 9020 printer scanner
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HP 9020 printer scanner with MacOS Big Sur 11.5.  Prints ok but does not scan. Get error code 21345.  Previous solutions reviewed here did not work.

Hi,

What application are you trying to scan from? is it Image Capture? please clarify accordingly.

 

Try following below support document and click HP Scanner 3 if you see the application listed, then try scanning again:

Also, try scanning using HP Smart and check for any difference:
