HP Laptop 15-dy1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I could not print to my HP Office Jet Pro 8710 from my PC, so I bought an HP Office Jet 9010 .  Now I can print, but I cannot scan.

I have updated my PC, and reinstalled HP Smart many times.

Something is wrong with my PC, not the printer.  My wife can print and scan from her HP laptop, and I can print from my Android.

Need help with getting my laptop fixed.  HP Laptop 15-dy1xxx    8NB26UA#ABA   LAPTOP-7US2CGK6

THanks,

While waiting on this, I contacted HP Support for my laptop, which was still under warranty, and they got my 9010 Printer and and 8710 printer set up so they would scan and print, so I am all set.
