Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an m476 and I want to scan to computer. What software needs to be loaded on the windows 10 computer? I have other computers that can see the \\computer\share (and it setup via advanced sharing) like it is set up in the scan tab of the printer web interface. I have turned off the firewall , tried to edit setup to the computers ipaddress, changed computer names. But we can't get scan to computer to find the network share test brings up "cannot connect to the network folder. Ensure the shared folder is correct" in windows 21H2 what am I missing? Tried scan to email and printer said incorrect password and I know is correct (because we' re  using it).
