Hi,

 

I have a problem with scan-to-email.

 

I have set everything up on the embedded web server page and can also successfully send the test email but when sending an email from the scanner itself, I get the error: "Server error. Try again later"

 

Does anyone know what that could be caused by? I think the most common answer here is DNS but if that would be the case, the test email from the EWS should also fail, no?

Hi,

What exact steps are taken? what exact options do you click on the printer to scan to email?

 

What language is your printer? I suggest trying to temporarily change the printer language to English and try scanning to email again, I did come across issues due to encoding rejected by the mail server on some languages.
