DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY I CANNOT SEND A FAX??? IT JUST GIVES A MESSAGE THAT SOMETHING WENT WRONG AND TO TRY AGAIN.  I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK NOW AND TRIED ALL THE SUGGESTIONS THAT WERE LISTED ON HERE TO NO AVAIL!! I CANNOT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED AND ITS PROMPTING ME TO PAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHICH UIS BEYOND RIDICULOUS JUST LIKE THEIR INSTANT INK IS RIDICULOUS. IF I WOULD'VE KNOW HP PRINTER WAS JUNK I WOULD'VE NEVER BOUGHT IT!!  MY PRINTER IS WIRELESS SO IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO A PHONE LINE IN ORDER FOR THE FAX TO WORK. PLEASE HELP, I AM CONSTANTLY FAXING DUE TO HAVING SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS AND DOCTORS/THERAPISTS FREQUENTLY ASK FOR SOME KIND OF PAPERWORK TO BE FAXED TO THEM. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

None of that helped, not even the mobile faxing. It gives me the same error that something went wrong.
