Product: HP 8600 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a HP 8600 Plus and Hp Rove computer running Windows 10 Connected to a Netcomm NBN Modem.

Having transferred from Land line phone to the NBN we now have a need to scan to a email.

Using the Hp App the following error occurs

""Error. Your printer cannot find the reomte server."

smtp.gmail.com

We can log in to gmail using the credentials manually, OK.

Can you please help.

Hi,

Can you check out this resource:

 

Scan to Gmail

 

(different printer but steps are the same, Gmail requires some additioanl work, as shown in the resource)
