Cannot setup scanner to use Google as mail program

I don't have an E-mail Setup when scanning option. 

I would like to send my scanned documents to an e-mail address, but I don't use Outlook, but Google. 

I have followed som of the suggestions where i enter the EWS in a browser. 

But I don't have the E-mail setup as mentioned in below link.

So how do I setup my scanner to send via Google mail?

My printer is a HP Smart Tank 7305

We understand your goal to scan documents from your HP Smart Tank 7305 printer and send them via Gmail, even though you're not using Outlook. You're absolutely on the right path by accessing the Embedded Web Server (EWS), and we’ll help you get the missing Email Setup option working.

How to Set Up Gmail for Scan to Email

1. Enable App Password

Gmail blocks third-party apps unless you allow access:

• If you use 2-step verification, create an App Password: 👉 Sign in with app passwords - Google Account Help

2. Access EWS and Configure SMTP

• Open a browser and enter your printer’s IP address (found on the control panel under Network Settings).
• Log in as admin (default password may be blank).
• Navigate to Scan > Email Setup (if available).
• Enter the following Gmail SMTP settings:

Setting                       Value

SMTP Server              smtp.gmail.com

SMTP Port                  587

Authentication          Enabled

Encryption                 STARTTLS

Username:                Your Gmail address

Password                  App password or Gmail password
 

If the Email Setup tab is still missing, your printer may not support direct scan-to-email from EWS. In that case, use the HP App to scan and email documents.

3. Use HP App as an Alternative

• Download the HP App on your PC or mobile device.
• Use the Scan to Email feature within the app.
• You can scan and send directly using your Gmail account.
