Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Using MacBook Pro computer.  HP Envy Photo 7855 printer. Tried to change setting for scanning from black and white to color. No response at all. Tried to shut down printer and try restarting. Printer will not shut down. Tried holding power button for 10 seconds. Still will not shut down. (I'm hoping if it can restart it it will be back to normal.)
