Product: HP LaserJet Pro 100 Color MFP M175

Hello   I can't seem to install the HP software  for a LaserJet 1000-- I get the message that the install failed and to restrt my computer.

 

I do that and its still fails and my printer isn't detected (I'm connected via USB)

 

I tried settting my printer up on Wireless and I get the printer to get an IP address, and I tried to set it up manually via IP address -- I actually got that to install a driver (though it was the default driver with windows) but even after that the test primt failed  (it would que and time out) so I don't think it was actually working. 

 

Any thoughts?
