I see error: emailServerSettingPage-ErrorSecureConnectFailed

Use secure connection SSL/TLS (unchecked)

Server Requires Authentification (empty)

Firmware TETONXXXXN002.2014A.00 Date 2020-04-02

Hi,

What email server do you use? from your description it seems as the server likely reject the connection using port 25, this is a matter of connectivity or incorrect configuration, so the used settings would be crucial to better understand what might be the cause.

Other our printers scan to email by  25 port without errors, no ssl/tls, not auth or password.
Can we switch off secure protocol on HP printer?
