Dell PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The card stock note card paper is not properly drawn into my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 such that the images are not formatted correctly.  I have it set up for card stock and have done all the internal cleaning that HP suggests and the problem persists.  I have ruined many pieces of card stock.

Hi,

What Cardstock media do you use in the printer? check it information and compatibility with the printer.

The printer supports 163 to 200 gsm Card media for Inkjet printers, be sure the paper meets these specifications, else it will unlikely feed correctly.

You may have solved my problem.  The card stock I am attempting to use is 230 g/m squared or 10.5 mil.  Too thick, eh?
