This post is to lend support to others that have had the Clear Carriage Jam or 0X61011BEB ERROR on their HP C309 printer and where the cartridge apparatus is stuck on the right side.  When none of the other solutions work, it appears that a common hardware problem is a stripped plastic gear attached to a metal rod.  HP's solution seems to be if it is out of warranty to contact them.  But for do-it-yourselfers, if you have access to a 3D printer, the fix is very easy as published by a user (see link below).  I did it and it worked first time.
