Change fax numbers in officejet 4650 all-in-one

In 2016, I bought a HP Officejet 4650 all-in-one printer. It had a feature that you can add or remove fax numbers from the computer. Now, one of the fax numbers was changed and I want to change that old number to the new number. Because of some update, I cannot do the change. I need the change because I use the number for work to send in my timesheets. Is there a way that it can be done?
