Hi,

 

I have an OfficeJet Pro 8720.  I would like to change the default folder where scans go when started from the printer.

 

Also, there is probably some software on my computer for changing scan and print setting such as this or starting a scan from my computer but I can't find it. What is the name of the program and/or how do I download it again?

 

One of my computers shows up as a computer that can be scanned to.  How do I add another computer or network folder?

1. Change default folder:

 

Please use following steps to change the default scan folder.

 

  • You have to start from computer by changing the default scan shortcuts from the HP software:
  • Open the printer software and select Scan a document or Photo.
  • Click the Advanced Settings button for the used shortcut and select the destination folder within the Destination tab.
  • Click OK and then click the Scan button.

2. Add more computer(s) to the list

 

You have to install printer software and driver to EACH computer.
