Product: Envy Pro 6455
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When copying, the printer prints color originals in black and white.  There is plenty of color ink.  It will print in color but not when copying.

Is the default copy setting monochrome by any chance? Most multifunction devices give you the option of copying in color or black and white and often the default is monochrome to reduce cost of copies.

Quite frankly I am most unhappy with the difficulty finding any information about this printer without having to go to the Internet.  I found the user guide, downloaded and printed it.   I think for a printer of this  price and quality a hard copy user guide should be included with it.  I understand you are not an HP employee, but I would appreciate your passing my comments along to the company.

The user guide had the answer to color copying.  I have another question. The guide had instructions for duplex printing but there was no way I could see to do it.  It doesn't appear possible from the physical configuration of the printer.  Any ideas?
