Dear HP Support Team,

We have five HP Flatbed Scanners (Pro 2600 F1) installed at Army units. These scanners are not functioning or compatible with Windows 11 versions 24H2 and 25H2; they operate only with Windows 11 version 23H2.

As these scanners are deployed at Army units, this issue is operationally critical and requires urgent attention. You are requested to provide immediate technical support and resolve the software/driver compatibility issue on a priority basis at the earliest.

Serial Nos as under

>Do not include the product serial number, any case numbers, or any private information like Email or Phone Number<.
