My officejet copies completely black pages. It's like it reads the pages to be completely black. I can put a letter printed on white paper with black font in both the scanner window and the multi page scanner and both will read it as being 100% black. Lightening the color in the preview pane just turns it to grey. The preview pane displays it as completely black as well so it's not an ink issue. It prints fine when I print from my phone. It's just the copy function that's faulty.

Please clean the scanner glass and ensure you update the Firmware
