HP Office Jet Pro 9015 requires five command entries to get a black and white copy of a document.  Is there a way to simplify this to one smart command?

Adjust copy settings and then save them as the defaults for future copy jobs. Save the settings from the printer touchscreen menu, or use the printer homepage when connected to a local network.

 

Adjust and save default copy settings using the printer touchscreen menus.

  1. Touch Copy, Copy Document, or Copy Photo on the printer control panel.

  2. Touch Settings or the gear icon  to access and change preferred settings.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the list, and then select Save Current Settings or Set as New Defaults to retain the settings for future copy jobs.
