When I try to copy, the massage I get says " The feature has been disabled by your system administrator or the person who set up the printer." I am the one who set this up and I NEVER disabled it or know how to get it back! Please, someone help me!

@ATreichel, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I understand that the copy feature on the printer is locked and you're unable to use it. The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

This worked perfectly. It was good to know that when you actually do the BL back button, it also doesn't make any sort of sound and you need to push it 4 times with it NOT showing or making any sort of click. I did it and it all worked great! Thanks so very much!

PS: Sorry, I clicked on the 'like,' thinking I needed to do that to show that this worked and I can't seem to change it to LIKE! This was WAY simpler than I thought it would be... ❤️
