I don't often need to make a copy but literally every time I do I find that the copy keys are inoperative. They are lit up but nothing happens when I press any of them. I have tried lifting the cover, making sure there is something on the glass and tried the keys before placing the document. Nothing. All frozen. Every time I have to disconnect the power cord and reboot the machine to solve it. So far that has always worked but it's a pain in the butt as my power socket is not easily accessable, and I have a bad back which doesn't help. As mentioned in reviews, the cord is a very loose fit in the back of the machine so I can't disconnect it there as I've had to fasten it with a bit of tape.

Every blinking time!
