Create and Save Scan Jobs with individual settings?

Does this all-in-one allow creation and saving of multiple of multiple scan jobs (for example, scan job 1 with file names Merchant01_date.pdf, scan job 2 with file names Merchant02_date.pdf with OCR saved to different location, etc.)?  Does it allow scanning per job without having to set those preferences each time?  Thanks very much for help anyone can provide.

LIkely the printer does at least some of what you want.

Create separate custom shortcuts for each of your PDF job types.

HP Scan

Select a "Save as" type (Save as PDF)

Make changes on the first page of the menu (options on the right side)

Click More > 

Destination

Click the + sign next to "Scan.pdf" (in Section File Name)

Make changes to the existing name the section under the little box "Base Name:"

Optional, Select the Date box to add the date to the name 

 Optional, Click the down-arrow in the Date section to select the date layout

Click OK to save the changes to that menu

Optional > Make changes in other sections , click OK to save changes where you make section changes

On the left side of the menu, Click Create New Scan Shortcut

Enter a name for your new, custom shortcut

When ready, Click Scan

NOTE:  You still have to select which shortcut you want to use when you change jobs.
