My scanned documents are slightly skewed, whether fed through ADF or placed on bed.  I have done printer maintenance and aligned print heads, but perhaps the rollers are off?

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand, you're having scan quality issue,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

When was the last time it worked fine?

Were there any hardware/software changes made?

How is the photocopy quality?

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue: Click here

Step 2: Clean the scanner

Step 3: Reset the printer

Step 4: Clean the automatic document feeder (ADF) rollers

Step 5: Change the scan settings

Keep me posted,

Cheers!

I had the same problem . I chose advance settings (when you scan where it asks you either document to file or document to email ) then tick the box where it says auto deskew then tick ok. It fixed my crooked scans. Good luck.
