I am in need of a replacement dongle for my David 3D 5/HP Scan 5. My flashdrive is corrupted. I have a backup of my files and license file. 

From previous postings I gather there is an HP Envy Curve support team that is familar with this discontinued product and has been helpful to others in the past.

Thank you for your response. HP Support was where I started and there seems to be no path for me to register my question about this product that is no longer being sold. After much searching I found several people who had received help in the HP Community site. I'd be happy to receive information about recovering this dongle even if it is bad news. It concerns me that I can't get a definitive answer and am stuck in a support loop without any humans. (I appreciate your outreach on the community site!)
