Hello,
I have a David Scanner SLS-2.
My USB Key Dongle License is not working anymore and I can't use the HP 3D Scan software. I'm looking for a way to contact HP support about this problem to request a new USB DONGLE or software key.
Since my scanner is one of the last DAVID SLS-2 before becoming HP, my product serial number is not recognized by the HP system and I can't get support!
Thanks to anyone that could help me to solve this problem.

It seems that several people are having the same problem. I too wanted to use my David Software today (last time I used it was several months ago), but got a message that there was a problem with the drive. When I tried to start the program, I got an error message, saying that the file F:\DAVID3\xaml\Strings_en-US.xaml couldn't be found. When I opened the folder, all the filenames were illegible. Could you please advise on how I can get my software to work again.

Similar if not same issue - I have a USB dongle that says "DAVID 5" on it that I paid for a while back, but when I went to use it today my Win 10 PC says it is unreadable. So does several other computers I tried it on. Is there a fix?
