Defalt Printer ink

The default setting for printing and copying is set to color. How do I change the default to Black & White?

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

For copy

1. From printer control panel, go to Copy

2. Select Document

3. Select Settings (Gear Icon)

4.Select Color/Black

5. Print Copy in Black

6. Scroll until "Save Current Settings" 

For Print

1. Go to Control Panel (on PC)

2. View devices and printers (under Hardware and Sound)

3. Right click on the printer and go to "Printing Preferences"

4. Under Paper/Quality select "Print in Greyscale"

5. Select "Black only print"

6. Select "OK"

Both copy and print will now be in Black and White only.
