Hello, 

 

I figured it out. I needed to uncheck automatically include sender in Step 3 of the profile setup.

 

I set up an outgoing email profile on my scanner, however when I do scan to email, that profile is automatically included in the "To" field. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I have set up the address book so I can scan to separate email accounts, however when I add the account I want to email to I then have to delete the profile that has been automatically populated. The time it takes to do this given the small screen size makes this process very inefficient and potentially time consuming. I am trying really hard to keep this printer but I keep running into issues which I think should be fairly straightforward.  Is there a way to not automatically include the recipient?
