HI @Prr93,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you’re having trouble printing from your HP DeskJet 3752 despite running diagnostics and troubleshooting through the HP Smart app, here are some additional steps you can take to resolve the issue:
1. Verify Printer and Network Status
- Ensure the printer is powered on and there are no error messages on the printer’s display.
- If you’re using Wi-Fi, make sure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer or mobile device.
2. Check Printer Settings
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners on your computer.
- Ensure your HP DeskJet 3752 is set as the default printer and check if it’s listed as online.
- Clear any pending print jobs that might be causing issues. Go to Printers & scanners, select your printer, and click on Open queue. Cancel any stuck jobs.
3. Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your HP DeskJet 3752 and click Remove device.
- Visit the HP Support website and search for your printer model.
- Download and install the latest driver for your operating system.
- After installing the new driver, add your printer again through Printers & scanners.
4. Check for Firmware Updates
- Open the HP Smart app and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer.
- Alternatively, visit the HP Support website and check if there is a firmware update available for your printer model.
5. Perform a Printer Reset
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.:
- Leave the printer unplugged for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
6. Check Wireless Settings:
- Go to the printer’s control panel, navigate to wireless settings, and reconfigure the Wi-Fi connection if necessary.
- Use the HP Smart app to help reconnect the printer to your network.
7. Test Printing
- Try printing a test page from the printer’s control panel or from the HP Smart app.vices:
- Attempt to print from another computer or mobile device to determine if the issue is specific to one device.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
