Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

OS: Windows 7, 64 bit.  Novell iPrint Client v05.98.00

Our Designjet T2500 keeps displaying the following message: "Hardware error in scanner. Call Hp Support." with what looks to be an error code, 09.10:10.

Once restarted (which takes several minutes) the scanner operates but the error message eventually returns while the plotter is idle.

While restarting gets us around the issue it is becoming a hassle for a plotter that is less than a year old.

I have the same Problem here. But my T2500 is not scanning anything. After each restart at 97% initialisation the msg 09.10:10 appears. My Plotter is 2 days old.

Hello I have the same issue. Were you able to resolve? If so what corrected the issue? Thank you

I am reporting the same issue here. T2530, after a few successful scans to the USB drive, it stops and presents this error.

Edited for more specific model number.
