Chrome OS

My Deskjet Plus 4152 will print from my chromebook, but the chromebook cannot find it as a scanner. It worked until someone reset my chromebook a week or so ago, and now it won't find it as a scanner. Even right after printing and a I know that it is warmed up and wifi connected. Please help...

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to scan from Chrome OS:

  1. Update the Chromebook to the most current version of Chrome OS.
  2. Click the clock in the bottom right corner, and then click the Settings icon .
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and then click Advanced.
  4. Under Print and scan, click Scan.
  5. Select your printer, and then change any settings in the menu on the right and in More settings.
  6. Click Scan.
