Printer works just fine but I cannot scan or copy from Laser Jet Pro MFP M477 printer.
When I try to scan or copy, the error "Device is busy. Try again later" comes up
I have done the hard reset with unplugging the power cable, wait a while, plug the cable again, power on the printer, etc and installed new firmware but still get the same error message.
Urgent support or resolution requested as this is really impacting negatively on business operations.
