Our 6960 died so we have replaced it with an 8020e as we need scanning and faxing capabilities. We can not get the new printer to set up for digital faxing even though the previous one did. Also having issues with it scanning properly to our computer. Any ideas?
We keep getting sent to the HP App but it is no help at all. After a wasted day getting extremely frustrated!

Please download and install the software below:
Following the installation open the HP Officejet Pro 8020 software, select the Fax tab and then click on HP Digital Fax Wizard and follow the steps on screen to configure the feature.

Hi,
Please clarify your operating system, digital fax capabilities are available with the HP Full Feature Software solution and not with the HP app.

This is where I get confused….I am not an IT person so forgive me if I don’t give you the right answer!
We are using the printer through a desktop computer that I believe has Windows 10 installed on it. How do I get the full feature software solution because every time we try to go to HP help on the computer it tells us to use the app and it is driving me nuts 😵💫
