Hi... I can't, for the life of me, find the setting to disable fax "error correction". Can someone please help?

Hi,
Click the Setup icon on the printer screen, and then click on Service.
Click on Fax Service and there you will find the Error Correction Mode setting.

Thank you for your help... Maybe you can shed some light on my actual problem... I seem to consistently get comms errors when I try to fax anything... Pretty frustrating... I've slowed to the slowest speed and now have turned off error correction, as suggested.... I'm still getting comms errors...
I'm on a dedicated VOIP line with no other phones using this line...

As soon as Error Correction Mode was disabled and the Speed been reduced to low, such issues rare caused by a poor phone line condition.
Try enabling ECM and check this too (When the speed is Slow).
Other than that, you should contact your phone service provider which should inspect the phone line quality.
