Product: LaserJet Pro CM1415fmw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Cannot get the printer to pull the paper through the feeder.  Keep getting the error message "Document Feeder Mispick" is there a quick fix or do I just need to buy another printer? I did clean off the rollers and looked everywhere fora possible paper jam - found nothing.

I had it more than once, it's the flat cable from the main board to ADF, not an easy job to replace it.

Are rubber pickup rollers rotating? If you push paper with your hand to help feeder will it pick up paper or not?

If the rollers are not rotating then you probably have a defective flat cable that connects your feeder to the main board.

The rollers are not moving and I tried pushing it through to no avail. It makes a click, click, click noise like it’s trying to pull it.

Ok, thank you so much Valsimot! This is a work printer and I’m not interested in getting it repaired - can buy another one cheap enough! I appreciate your help with this. 🙂
