Every time i scan through document feeder it gives blank pages. I have to scan on scanner glass which is very frustrating! How can I fix this??

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, for this one you can troubleshoot it by updating the printers firmware; you can click this link to download the file and run the installation :   firmware

Other option is making a factory reset on the printer from the setup menu > General > factory reset , please be aware factory reset will clean up the printers memory , so if its connected thru wifi, you may need to reconnect it after the reset is done.

Thank you, However, it works when I use a different scanning app other than HP Smart. So the problem is not with my printer/scanner it is with your software.
