Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have utilized the mobile fax in the HP smart app for a while now with no problems. However, I have been unable to remove an attached file from the "compose fax" section. I have tried logging in and out, updating, and downloading - I have not been successful. Sending faxes is vital for my job as I work in a medical office. I'm at a loss. Has anyone else experienced this?
