Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an end user that started getting pages throughout scans that are flipped upside down. This is an office that is almost entirely paperless for it's clients so they scan everything and it would probably take up half of their work week to rotate all of the pages that scanned incorrectly. Has anyone else seen this issue?
