Hi @Mkl1,

The scanner is not supported on Windows 10 as listed below:

https://support.hp.com/ro-en/document/c04635838

 

Although not supported by HP, the 3rd party Vuescan software should support your scanner for flatbed scans (but not transparency scans):

https://www.hamrick.com/vuescan/hp_scanjet_4850.html#technical-information
