Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the scanning issue. 

 

Download and install the full-feature driver for Win 10 (32-bit) from this link. This includes driver for scanning. The full solution software includes everything you need to install and use your HP printer. This collection of software includes the complete set of drivers, installer and optional software.
