For some reason I cannot get my fax to stop doing duplex faxing, Even though I have it off. Have do everything except restore factory settings,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Reset the printer: With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cable from the rear of the printer and the wall outlet, wait 30 seconds, and then reconnect the power cable.If the issue persists continue to the next step.
     

  • Restore fax settings to default: Restore factory default fax settings, and then run the fax setup wizard again.
