Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477

Installed HP app on my iPhone 6.  Can I automatically scan two-sided documents with this app?  Don't see an option for that.  Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

 

Currently, the app does not support duplex scanning. It was designed to support a variety of scanners/printer. This somewhat limits the options available and the 2-sided scanning is not supported.

 

Though you can't automatically duplex scan via HP App, you can setup "Scan to Email" for your printer and send to an email configured on your iOS device. You should be able to select Two-Sided scanning from the printer screen once scanning to an email is configured.
