Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. @TJ212, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

2 sided scanning option is not available while scanning to Email. You may avail this feature by scanning a document to the PC using the HP Scan application.

You may watch this video for a better understanding on Scan to Email.
