I have an ENVY4507 all-in-one printer. Recently scanning to the computer throws up a "Scan Failed"vmessage asking me to enable the command "scan to computer" in Settings. This is done. I am bluetooth connected to a Mac, which is on the same desk. I have checked that my operating system is up to date (Mojave 10.14.2). I can initiate a scan from the Computer, but cannot save the result (Save button is greyed out). I have tried various fixes from the HP website, such as re-siting the power input, deleting and re-establishing the printer in the Mac's Sytem Preferences. I've tried to find the drivers on the HP site to re-install, but could not locate them (it said No Drivers were available for this model, which is only a few years old). Printing from Computer works fine. Copying is fine. Web connection of the printer is fine. Any suggestions??

Hi,
From your Applications folder or its HP sub-folder delete any existing HP Scan or HP Easy Scan application, delete it by moving it to trash, then empty the trash.
Next, install the latest HP Easy Scan below, it will be installed within the Applications folder:

If you experience any further issues, ensure the latest software is installed by following HP Easy Start below:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Finally, ensure your drivers are up to date by clicking the Apple icon, select About this Mac and then press Software Update.
Click Store on the top menu bar, click Reload Page, click Update All if any updated are available.
