Product: SCX-3405
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed the Easy Printer Manager and the SCX-3400_Series_WIN_Scanner_V3.21.60.09_CDV1.30.  However when I open EPM and press the scan button I get the message "Associated application is not installed.  Please install related application." 

 

My device is setup wirelessly and I am able to print to it so I have connectivity, I am just unable to get the scanning to work due to a missing application.  What do I need to install to get this to work.

So I just found SamsungPrinterInstaller.exe and it installs everything that is needed and I still get the message that scanner software is not installed.  I then ran the diagnostic tool and it says that scanner software is missing and asks me if I would like to download and install it, I click yes then it sits a few seconds then tells me that it is unable to connect to the download server.  I am wondering if the scanner software has been removed. 

 

Any help is appreciated.
