I am scanning documents from the feeder. The documents arrive on the PC app (so far so good), and I can even rearrange the order. I click on EDIT in order to crop and rotate a scan, click DONE, and I see that the document was not cropped or rotated as I commanded. Why would this be? Has anyone ever overcome this bug (or user error)? Many thanks!
I have an OfficeJet Pro 7740. I have recently installed an update and HP Smart tells me that it is 122.1.778.0
After I scan an image, I can make changes on the Edit screen, but these will not show on the Preview screen. I have followed your advice and downloaded the HP solution. I have run Print & Scan Doctor. I still have the same problem.
