Just downloaded the HP Printer Assistant software. When I select the scan settings I'm given a blank screen with only empty dropdown boxes. (running Windows 11 on a new HP Envy TE01 - Connecting an HP Envy 7640 printer).
The scan works, I just can't see anything in the software!
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Such behavior may happen due to lack of operating system's fonts on your PC.
Please try below steps and let me know its results:
- Type %temp% into the search bar and open the shown Temp folder.
- Run the software file again, and then open the latest HP installation folder which start with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234),
- If you see any such open the Drivers folder, if you can't see such a folder name skip to the next step.
- Open the Fonts folder.
- Select all shown fonts, then right-click it and select Install, confirm the prompt to install any font.
Now restart your PC and open the scan software, then check if you may see any difference.
