I can't find a way to enable webscan on my printer.  After reading the various entries within the community on this topic, I can't find anything shown in the previous solutions.

Hello,

Follow these steps to enable WebScan:

  1. On the front panel display of the printer, press the Wireless icon (c02131772) in order to retrieve the IP address of the printer.
  2. Launch a Web page and then type this address in the address bar and Enter.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. In the Security section, click Administrator Settings.
  5. Select Webscan from EWS to enable Webscan.
  6. Click Apply.

If problem persists, please update the printer's firmware as follows:

  1. On the front panel display of the printer, press the Wireless icon (c02131772) in order to retrieve the IP address of the printer.
  2. Launch a Web page and then type this address in the address bar and Enter. The Web interface of the printer is opened.
  3. Click Tools, and then expand Printer Updates then on Firmware Updates.
  4. Click on the Check Now button, to install the latest firmware update.
