Product: HP PageWide Managed Color Flow MFP E58650z
Cannot fully configure setup LDAPS directory search for contacts. Error message is "LDAP/AB server is invalid or unreachable" when enabling SSL or TLS / port 636. Checking the box for "Use a secure connection (SSL)"
Verified port 636 works on Canon devices.
Tried using Simple Credentials and Windows Negotiated - same error message
Certificate installed on printer from our internal CA
Running latest firmware 2508402_000073
Error in the Event Log =
