Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

First off, I cannot believe that you can't speak to a human about this. HP should be ashamed of themselves.

A few months ago my HP Envy 5055 stopped connecting to my Mac to scan. I reinstalled the software and it worked again. Today, I'm trying to print an incredibly important work document and it won't work again.

What's worse- this seems to be an issue for a LOT of people. And you can't talk to a human about this. What a piece of **bleep** this company is.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be helpful to contact HP Support directly. Although it can be challenging to reach a human representative, HP’s support page may offer options for live chat or phone support where you can speak to someone for assistance. Ensure that your Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard is up to date with the latest software updates. Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Print & Scan. Right-click in the list of printers and choose ‘Reset printing system…’. After resetting, add your printer again.
