Envy 5540 All in One Scan to PDF with an Android phone or Surface Laptop

Trying to get the Envy to scan a document and send as pdf to either my surface running windows 8.1 32bit or to my android phone, I have an Iphone x also if it will work with that, haven't yet tried it tho....  No problem getting it to send as an image, but I want to use pdf edit function on my Surface.Thanks for reading.
